How we rank

Our comparison engine ranks products by a compatibility score (0–100) computed only from your answers: country availability, required features, budget fit, company size fit, and user rating.

The user rating is not our opinion. It is the average of a product’s public review scores on G2 and Capterra, weighted by the number of reviews on each, and dated. Where a product has no public review score, we show it as unrated rather than invent one.

The score is deterministic and depends only on the factors above. Any business metrics we track are kept separate and never enter it.

Product data (pricing, features, availability) is sourced from public vendor information and is dated. We flag entries that need re-verification. If you spot something out of date, let us know.

Every result shows a “Why this score” breakdown of how each factor contributed, and flags any deal-breakers (a missing feature you asked for, a price above your budget). You can also tune how much each factor matters.
